Green Card Holder: Petition Wife First or Petition Wife with Kids?

I have a wife in the Philippines and we have 2 kids, I am a green card holder and I am wondering if I should petition just my wife for now, or petition my wife and the kids at the same time. My wife had a previous marriage which was annulled this year 2015, after the annulment we got married this year as well 2015. When we had our kids she was technically still married to somebody else although they have been separated for years. The kids are my biological kids, however I could not legitimate them/their record because of some technicality issues from her previous marriage (one way is adopting my own kids to fix it). The kids birth certificate shows that I have acknowledgement as paternity. I was wondering if I can just go on petition my wife and once it got processed she can bring along the kids with her? please advise. thanks.
