Hello,
My parents who are Iranian citizens were approved for their greencard but due to the delay in the administrative background check their medical exams expired. They had their interview in February and the background check cleared in July. When they sent their passports in July to get their visa stamp the embassy sent it back saying their medical expired. My question is if they want to go to Abu Dhabi to redo their medical exams do they have to make any appointments with the embassy or do they just go to Abu Dhabi redo their medical exams and just drop of their passports at the US embassy. I have sent several emails to the embassy and they have not responded. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
