My category is F2A - consular processing.

There are 2 tables that show following dates:
APPLICATION FINAL ACTION DATES ==> 15APR14.
DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS ==> 1MAR15

So, as I understand, if my I-130 was received by USCIS prior to 15APR14, my application is current now and I should receive appointment letter for interview anytime now.
What is the 1MAR15 date???

The second date primarily helps people who are already in the US. If their date is current according to the second date, they can file I-485. However, it will be approved only after the first date is current.
