  • F2A for Spouse in the Dominican Republic

Hi there, I recently was granted a F24 (F2B) visa through my mother (on Dec, 2014). After getting my SSN and Green Card, I went back to DR to get married with my girlfriend of 6 years. We have a 4 year-old daughter. Today I printed the I-130 for her along with the G-325A for both of us. Already got the Money Order for $420 payable to U.S Department of Homeland Security. My questions are:
1- Is it true that you can translate documents such as Certificate of Marriage and Birth Certificates without the need of a "certified translator"?
2- Once you have everything (passport-like pics of both, all the forms, the money order, both certificates) Do you just put it all in an envelope and mail it to the address based on your state?
3- If I don't make enough money and will use a co-sponsor, can it be her uncle?
4- Since my daughter is entitled to a visa through me, will it be faster to get my wife here if I bring my daughter first?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
