Need Some Information

my sister is us citizen she have filed the petition for me in 2011 and also my mom is us LPR and filed the petition for me in 2013. both the I-130 have been approved .im above 21 yr old but single . i recently got the b1/b2 visa for 10 years . im visiting my family here in us. i wanted to know can i stay in us till i get my green card . what can i do about it.please help me guide through this.

Check your passport. The page the printed on it should say something like " upon endorsement serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent residence for 1 year" which basically means thats your green card until you get the plastic.
