What is the likely odd for me as an International Student while studying in USA and ask my mother (US Citizen since 2008) to get sponsor for me in order to apply Green Card while i keep continue my study.
Or should i ask them Petition Alien Relative I-130 F2b and keep stay in my home country rather continue my study?
I am male, single, 30 years old.
What i need want to ask are :
*if I finish my study, do i get any Temporary Visa to stay (in case my Green Card still in process) and my OPT expired
*Which is more fast to make me move to USA and stay with my parents? International Students way or I-130 (Alien Relative F2B)
*Any Recommendation and Suggestion for me to choose between those 2 paths of life?
