FB4 priority date is about current, what is my next step ?

I filed I-130 petition for my siblings in 2004. The current visa bulletin says I am about 4 months away before we can start assembling documents. The immigration is processing
2003 right now, but bulletin says anyone with March 2004 or earlier can start assembling document.

My siblings are not here in US. They will be doing interview at the US consulate or embassy.

Do I have to file anything ? or will my siblings or me be notified to do what is next to do ?

You will receive an initial file processing letter from NVC once, they start working on the file. Once you receiving initial letter, there are steps you will follow. The letter gives information on what to do in terms of papers etc....
