Hello,
I am a US citizen(thru naturalization). I have filed I-130 for my mom who lives abroad which has just gotten approved but no further actions has been taken yet, pending to receive further instructions.
Now I also want to sent docs to adjust status for my husband which lives in the US. My question is concerning the affidavit of support form: it seems that for my husband I can use I-864EZ form vs. long version I-864 but does it matter that I have to send another affidavit of support to the consulate later in the process for my mother? Can I use I-864EZ both times if I have no other dependents and all income I use come from W2?
