I Cannot Find A Way To File DS-260 For Additional Family Members

Hello,

I got the NVC welcome letter that i sponsored by sister about 14 years back. I was able to login and pay fees.

She also had submitted DS-260 (online visa application). She indicated that her spouse and kid will also immigrate with her. But we cannot figure out on where to submit the DS-260 for her spouse and kid.

If you login to the NVC portal and look at the page Application List for IV Case

It lists all her dependents (spouse and kid), but it shows "NOT AVAILABLE".

I thought the process is to submit all 3 DS-260's and then mail in the supporting documents.

Is this not the case?

Can you please help me understand?

Wait till NVC site lists all family members and then You should be able to fill out DS 260 for every individual accompanying her....

any reason why i have this notice by family members "NOT INVOICED" even though I paid my earlier and it shows "PAID". I want to pay IV FEES for family but cannot. Anyway out or what is really happening?
