My Father (Green card holder) returned, but he applied for at NVC

Hello,

My father got permanent residency (family based) in 2009 and he applied for me (over age 21 & unmarried) at NVC.
After so long NVC responded to process the my visa but now conditions has been changed. Can you please help me to whether I am eligible or not as it would be useless to pay them fee and process documents if I am not eligible.

1. Now I am married, but no children
2. My father went US few times, but came back after having few trips so I think, he doesn't hold green hold now as card has been suspended. I Just checked he can apply for Returning Resident Visas.

So can you please answer me that can I process my visa as NVC sent me letter as they might not know that my father has already returned and married as well.

Your petition is no longer valid if your father's Green Card has been cancelled ("suspended," as you said).
