Hello,
My Current i94 Expired on Oct 10, 2015 and my company applied for my H1B extension on last week of Aug'2015. While the extension process is going on and with an expired i94 number, can my wife file green card application for me? Is there any complication if we go ahead with green card filing since i am serving my 240 days Receipt Notice for H1B?
