All F4 type immigration Questions

Hi.. My question is about F4 immigration petition that my uncle(father's bother) filed in 2005 for my father,me and family. I was minor in 2005. Now I am no more a minor and is married in India. We have been waiting for application turn. Please let me know if on current day the immigration petition filed by my uncle stands valid or not. Will I be able to Immigrate to US ?

if you are married now i think first your parents need to come here then petition for u and ur wife and children.

Currently as per queue my parents turn will come in around 3 years and it will take 5 years for them to be US citizens. So, in all 8 years after they can apply for me under F3 category. I was going through law changes, under which married child need to be under 31 at date of filing. I will be crossing 31 in next 2 years. Hence I will not be able to immigrate under family immigration visa.?
