How could my wife learn her previous filing date and result?

I got married to my wife on 2012, in Beverly Hills, California. I was on a student visa by then. She is a born US citizen. In 2008 she filed an I-130 for a different alien (her ex). Now she wants to file one for me. We have been living in Turkey for last 2 years. When she was filling the I-130 form it is asking about the name, date, result of the previous petition. Unfortunately she has no docs with her here and she does not remember the filing date. Since she got a divorce before the result of his ex's case she does not know about the result either. How can she get that information? What should she write to the form?

Well file a Freedom Of Information Act request to USCIS. It will take at least two months to get your file from USCIS.
