I applied for a I-130 for my sister. It seems that it might take up to 12 years for it to be processed, based on the experiences of others from my native country. What are my options for bringing here just for a month or so before then? Just for a visit, in other words. Do I need to cancel the greencard application for her to be able to visit me? Is there a certain visitor visa available for those whose processing might take this long?
