I have 2 daughters (15 and 7) they have an overstayed VISA since Jan 2014, they have theirs I130 approved, NVC Is charging me fees, the time for their interviews will come real soon at our home country. I know since they are children, they don't accrue unlawful presence and they don't trigger the 3 and 10 years bar. What would be the best escenario for me. i can apply for naturalization until October 2019. is better for me if we leave now? Thankyou i really appreciate your comments.
