Medical Exam report (I-693) for green card

Hi,

I'm sponsoring my mom's green card. We're required to file a I-693 along with her I-485. Has anyone been through this process before? What kind of doctor/hospital should I approach to complete her medical exam? Anything else I need to keep in mind?

I'd greatly appreciate any inputs.
