Hello,
I am a US Citizen currently living in Europe and have been for the past 5 years, in August 2015 I got married to my fiance of 4 years,whos not a US resident, and we are planning to move to the US. I have not worked in the US for the past 5 years so thus I have no income, my aunt and mother work in the US and my question is can I put my mother and my aunt as the sponsors for my wife? Can sponsors also by non relatives? My mother makes 19000 annually and my aunt as well, is this going to be enough to meet the min requirement?
Can a I-130 be denied? and in that case can you reapply?
If I dont manage to get my wife the us green card in a years time, can she move to the US with a visa and then while we stay in the US apply again?
