Hello,
My mother will apply next year on August for the naturalization, while she was with the green card she apply a 1-130 form for me, i'm unmarried and over 21.But i over stay here.
i have a few questions.
1. They told her that because i over stay we will have to pay a fee. is that true?
2. after she gets her passport she has to re-apply for the i-130 form form me?
3. after she re-apply how long it takes form my procedure to start?
some people they say 2-3 months and other say 9-11 months.
Please any helpful information?
