I-130 Processing time California Svc Ctr

I petitioned for my Canadian brother in June 2013. Current processing times online shows "June 22, 2011". Does this mean that they should be able to get to his case in 2 more years? That seems fast given that I was expecting a 10 year process. Does anyone have any recent experience on how long there petition for a sibling from Canada took?

No matter where u file and where is your relative from. Still it will take at least 12 years before your brother's petition become current and he can come to US.
