I applied for a permanent immigrant visa for my mother. Now I'm in the step where I have to fill up the AOS form and send the supporting documents, I don't know which form I should fill up, because I'm the petitioner but I'm not working, and I will be using the income of my husband because we file taxes jointly. will my husband be considered a joint sponsor and should he fill up a separate form? Thank you for your help, I'm really confused and I don't know where to start from.

You fill out the orm I-864 and your husband fill out I-864A.
