Filling divorce after 10 years Green card

Hello , I will like to know what step to take I married my husband on a good faith marriage with no intention of leaving him after my green card. As my case may be (1). My mother in law never likes me she wants her son to divorce me (2). Have been with my husband since 2013 till date but have not begin able to be pregnant . He keeps abusing me verbally I have no child . (3) I later found out my husband has begin cheating on me with women . He won't talk to me in the house because I asked him why was he cheating also he won't eat what ever I cook for him . Now he said his waiting on my 10 years card to come so he can file a divorce.
My question is after I get my 10 years card will I have issues when filing for my citizenship in the next 5 years ? And if I move on like starting a new life ( marriage) will I have issues ?thanks please I need a response
