Affidavit of support I-864 or I-864A confusion.please help dear friends

my mother is a US citizen who lives with my brother(US citizen).She had filed F3 immigration file for me.
NVC is asking for Petitioner's(my mother's) Affidavit of support. since she never had a job she can't sponsor me so my brother is a joint sponsor and he meets all the basic requirements in terms of income
QUESTIONS-
(1) which Affidavit of support my mother(petitioner) needs to fill-I864 or I864A?
(2) which Affidavit of support my brother needs to fill?
(3)they are also asking for the petitioner's tax return but since my mother never earned in US, she had never filed an income tax return.what should i tell NVC regarding this?
(4)do we need to provide any further documents apart from this?

Please friends help me out.It's very urgent for me.God bless you all. thanx

1. You will fill out I-864 for your mother, Marking 1a but report ZERO on the income sections, also on PART 6 of I-864 for your mother, you will just mark unemployed and date will be since she entered US.
2. Your brother will also fill out I-864 but will mark 1d (joint sponsor) on it.
3. for petitioner's tax return, since your mother has never worked, you will just write a letter to NVC stating that she has not been employed in the US or any other countries.
4. Your brother may require to submit 3 years of tax return and "employment verification" letter which he can obtain from his employer, stating his employment starting date, salary and position.
