1) A family member had a GC and lived in the US for over 25 years;
2) Family member decided to leave the US about 14 years ago;
3) Family member wants to return for a couple a years via I-130 marriage based US citizen;
Question:
1) Before handing in the I-130 packet is it NECESSARY to hand in an I-407 form?
