Hello,
I was wondering which address(es) to use when applying for IR-1. My husband is a US citizen, I am a Russian citizen. We currently both legally reside in Singapore on a work visa.
I am looking at the Form I-130 now, for example, and:
B2 - should my husband put his US address or our Singapore address?
C2 - should I put my Russian address or our address in Singapore?
19 & 20 - should I put my Russian address or our address in Singapore?
For mailing purposes, all 3 of these addresses can have someone to receive the mail.
There is some confusing information regarding this, it sounds like my husband has to have his domicile in the US, but he is currently not there and is working in Singapore. We intend to move to the US immediately after I will have the green card application approved.
