What Should i do Next??? - I-130

Hey All,

I submitted my I-130 application for my wife and they received it on June 29, 2015. I did received the Notice of Receipt with the priority date and Receipt number. I have been tracking my case but it has been the same update since Day 1. It has been almost 5 months and still no update on the case of I-130.

One of my friend went thru some agency and his paperwork is sent to NVC already as he claimed he received a Notice of Action form from USCIS. He asked to me call NVC and see if they can give your NVC Case # and Identification #? Should i call them? He gave him a # - 603 area code.

Any suggestions on what should i do? Should i contact NVC and find out if they got the application or contact I-130? What you guys suggest?

Check the USCIS status page with your receipt number. Approval could be delayed for up to 8 months.
