  • I-130 Approved

    Hi,

My I-130 got approved. I currently live in the US so I do not need visa. What is the next step? What does the approval of I-130 mean? I just moved to a new location but I have my old address on the I-130. Do you think it's wise to change the address or just ask USPS to forward the mail from my old address to the new one? Does it delay the process?

    Thanks in advance,
    Shishir

At the time of filing the form, I was already in the US. As a matter of fact, I have been living in the US for past 7 years.
