Widower law in detail!

Hi All,

i need to ask you "experts" .... i just read that since i'm a widower for a deceased U.S citizen i can get a green card since i'm not remarried again .... however if i have a petition i-130 done by the deceased U.S citizen before the death and this petition is converted to widower case then i have the right to marry again before getting my green card status and in the same time i can get normally my green card .

is it right ?

Do not remarry until you have an immigrant visa or a Green Card.
