proces time of greencard for mother in law

I just have a simple question.
My sister in in law is doing a greencard for her mother.
My sister in law is a usa citizen but her mother not.

How long does it take to get a permenant stay permission for her mother.
She lives in Florida.

Does that take years months i've no clue?

It depends on how much of workload USCIS and NVC has. Priority is given to spouse and then parents. I would say at the current scenario about 2 years.
