Now I have H1B and my child (6 years old) has H4. I am divorced and in child's birth certificate set her biological father.
But now I would like get married with greencard holder. After it, after 1.5 year line I should get greencard too. What will be with my child? Can she get greencard too automatically with me as dependent or should she wait another line after I will get green card as my (already greencard holder) less-21-child?
Actually this guy going to get citizenship next fall. But we wold like married now. What will be after he get citizenship? Should I still wait line for greencard or process will switch on getting greencard as citizenship's spouse? What will be with my child in this case?
Also my employer going to do greencard for me, what will happen if we will get married in the middle of employer-base process?
