Dear folks,
I need help with this --
I am in US and my husband is in China. We have been married for many years with two young children (both born in US). I submitted I-485 and I-824 for him to follow-to-join this May. My I-485 was approved in November and I received my green card. USCIS has notified me that my I-824 has been approved and US Consulate in Guangzhou notified. My questions are: what is the next step for us to do? What does my husband need to do? Is there anything that I should or can do?
The information I read online is confusing. Some say that he should wait for the consulate to contact him. Others say that he should contact the consulate and apply for an immigration visa.
Does anybody know what to do? I would so much appreciate your help! Thank you!
