I am on a L1A. My company is going to do a greencard for me on EB1 category. The process is expected to start in Jan 2016 and the GC is expected to arrive in 3 months.
Unfortunately my family has to leave US to India in Feb 2016 which cannot be avoided. They are expected to be back in Dec 2016. So what are my options now.
What happens if I apply as family and they leave in Feb ?
Can I just apply for myself now , and then apply for them once I have the card. How long will be the wait time for my wife and 2 kids ?
Please advice.
