DS 260 - cannot start and feel mad!!

Dears ,

US Embassy asked me to print my CGI slip and start my DS 260 , everytime i try to log in to my profile to print the fee slip i find it "0"

what should i do ?
my medical examination will expire after 5 months and i still didn't start DS 260

i'm attaching an image , should i do something in my profile to show my fee slip ?
