My PD is march 02, 2015

so when can I recive the welcome letter? and how will I recive it (by mail or E-mail) because I do not remember that I put my E-mail address before in the ducoments that i sent..

Hey there. My PD is April 2015. I received my Welcome letter January 2016. But according to the advice I've got, they won't set an Interview date until your PD is current. Regarding your question, you'll receive your Welcome Letter both by e-mail and mail. Atleast that's what happened to me.

No. As far as I know, it means that you need to start paying your fees and file your DS-260.
