F1 versus F2B processing times

I file I-130 with priority date september 2009 when I was a permanent resident, once I became a citizen I wrote and had the category changed to F1, now I notice that the F2B category is moving much faster than the F1 category. Can I change back to permanent resident processing by writing a letter to them. Please advise. Thank you.

Well, if everyone is upgrading to Immediate relative, eventually you will have fewer people in the F2B category.

PLEASE PLEASE somebody reply me .my case's priority date is April 2010 .when I was a permanent resident, once I became a citizen I wrote letter to NVC and had the category changed to F1, now I noticed that the F2B category is moving much faster than the F1 category. Can I change back by writing a letter to them. Please advise . Thank you so much
