DS 260 - Invoice id doesn't match

Dears ,

Embassy asked me to start Ds 260 , and to consider my invoice ID is my date of borth in the format : YYYYMMDD

but it doesn't work ,

what should i do ?

i tried everything you could imagine but no way

in a second e-mail they asked me to try in the format

YYYYMONDD

what is this ?

to explain more what i'm doing , i'm in the fee payment page to pay then to start DS 260

but weird that although i'm writing the DOB in the proper format it doesn't work
