CSPA Eligibility
I am a US Citizen that applied GC for my Sister who lives in India.
I applied in Nov/2002. It is approved with NVC welcome letter on April/20/2015 after it became current. She filled out all paper work now in Nov/2015 for adjustment.
She has two daughters. The older was 13 yeas old when i field for her mothers paperwork. She married after she turned 24 years old.
I got a letter from NVC that based on CSPA, she can pay the fee and file the paperwork.
Are married children eligible for filing as "Accompany" with parent in this case? Or is this a simple mistake by NVC to send this letter?
