    I-130 approved long ago for spouse, a new twisted

    Hello, I have a green card. I had applied for green card for my spouse in 2010 and I-130 was approved. And we went back to China and for some stupid reason, we did not follow through.

    I am still in China, Now, my wife's sister who lives in US wants to apply for green card for my wife.

    Is the approved I-130 of any help ?
