I applied for EB2 green card in 2001 and got it in August 2004 for my wife too.
I got US citizenship in 2009 whereas she didn't.
We moved back to India in June 2012 and I had to come back to USA in January 2014.
My wife got a visitor's visa (10 years multiple entry) by surrendering the green card in April 2014 and came to visit me with our 2 US citizen kids (born in 2001, 2005).
Since then I have been visiting them in India for 1 month every 3 months.
Now my question is:
If I would like to reapply for her greencard (family based), what are my options ?
1) Apply I-130 and then consular processing.
2) Are there any other safe options ? Can she visit me here while I-130 is pending ?
