Green card not received

I entered united states on family based immigration visa. I was previously on student visa. It has been more than 3 months but i haven't got my greencard. i have already called and visited the uscis office via infopass appointment. I havent got any answers. I have filled all the forms they asked for. I payed my immigration fees before coming here.

Well normally USCIS issue the GC within 60 days after you enter the US on immigration visa. Since you have done almost every thing else but no result yet.

In that case I will suggest that you should consult your US Congressman and US Senator offices and ask them for help.
