How i can pay fees for DS 260 internationally ?

i'm not in the U.S and i don't have a bank account there .

how i can work around this issue ?

Well here is a suggestion, you can wire the money to any family member or a friend's account and they can pay it to USCIS our your behalf.

The fees are paid to the National Visa Center, online, from a bank account. The fees can be postal mailed with a money order (drawn on a U.S. bank), but the fee payment(s) must be accompanied by the invoice you received ($120 and $325).
