  • Does the Child with epilepsy allowed to immigrate to US.

We sent I-130 for our 14 years son who lives with us in US currently. Our son has epilepsy illness (happens once about every two months) and didn't take any medication yet.
Does epilepsy effect immigration processing? Does our son allow to get green card? Or required to be under control by medication by immigration law?
    Thank you very much!

Controlled epilepsy is not usually an issue with an immigrant medical exam.
