DS-260 need help reopening after submitting
We have Case with 2 person mother and son. We filled out DS-260 the application for mother and submitted it by mistake, After we filled out the application and submitted it we realized that we made a mistake…. we can NOT get DS-260 the application for son he is 13 years old and we can NOT filled it out, but on NVC web page is some error . It says Mother DS-260 complied, and son DS-260 complied We click on COMPLIED for son there is nothing and we called many times to NVC., they promised reopen but than NVC sent letter that we needed fill out DS-260 looks like it circle and NO real HELP, thanks a lot for discussion
