My father is a citizen of US. He filled the I-130 form for me. They gave a receipt number. After I checked my status.
On November 2, 2015 my case was received. I'am under 21 but 1 months later I will be 21. How is the process of I-130?

If your father filed for you, your age of turning 21 doesn't matter. The age 21 law is applied to derivate beneficiary and not you. In your case, you are the main beneficiary.
