I am applying my mother from China to USA. I just got welcome letter from NVC and have few questions regarding the documents listed on "Document cover sheet".
Financial Documents:
Proof of relationship: I already sent my notarial birth certificate when I filed I-130, do I need to send it again, or it is not applicable.
Supporting Documents:
Birth certificate: My mother is over 70 and there is no birth certificate when she was born. She has residential card, will that work?
Marriage certificate: Does this only apply to sponsoring spouses? or my mother has to submit marriage certificate?
Petitioner documents: Since I am the petitioner, what kind of documents do they need? Passport, ID?
Another question regarding medical exam: My mother has hepatitis C, will that affect her case?
