Do we have to enter US at the same time with DV winner?

dear friends,
Pls help me.I'm DV 2006 winner from AS. I want to know about " do we have to enter US at the same time or can my wife and 2 daughters follow me before their visas are expire? If their visas are expired under DV category, is it difficult to call them to US under family base? I need it urgent as we've to do CP in a few days. If anybody can answer this question pls A.S.A.P.

You can come to US first and your dependents come before their visas expire (which is 6 months from issue date.)

Do we need sponsor?

Dear friends,
Do we need a sponsor? Is it difficult to call daughters under family base program. I've not enough visa fees for my daughters, so if me & my wife call them later on under family base, is it complicate?

If all of your arrive within 6 months of your immigrant visa grant, you don't need to do any extra paperwork.

If they loose their immigrant visa, and if you want to later sponsor them, it will take many years (4-5 years) and lot more money.

After I entered US, what is the first thing I should do and how long it will take? Other than this what do i need to do?Is it possible to change my sponsor ? First I put my friend who lives in NY but she cann't do sponsor so I've to change my other friend name? Thanks for your reply and it's very useful answer for me. I'm winner form myanmar(burma). My friends who have done CP, they told me that embassy ask sponsor letter and it is a must. This is important and if we can't show it's delay to get visa. I don't know what is the real procedure. I'm very happy if we don't need sponsor as you told. The visa fees is $775(visa) and 125(medical fees)? For children $775 and $100. Is it that cost?
