hi,
I came to usa on b1 visa 6months ago. I recently married us citizen. When we went to our lawyer to file for AOS, he said we should file i-130 and i-485, Then we should wait till we get the receipt. Then we can file for I-765 and I-131. I am not sure is this is a correct way. Please advise me
