Marriage - can spouse visit using previous multiple-entry visa while GC processing?

He lives in US as lawful permanent resident (Green Card) for 5+ years, no plans to get Citizenship far as i know.
If he marries girl from another country, who already has multiple-entry tourist visa obtained long back, can girl visit USA after marriage ?

Scenarios after Marriage:
1. Green Card filed in home country. Wait 2 years, then girl can come to US.
2. GC filed in home country. Girl comes on tourist visa and leaves before it expires. Can visit multiple times until GC is approved.
3. Girl comes on tourist visa and leaves before it expires. GC is then filed in home country. Wait 2 years, then girl can come to US.
4. Girl comes on tourist visa. Green card is filed in US with change of status.

Are these possible ? What is the order of risk involved in above scenarios?

Any other possible scenarios for girl to visit US safely within the 2 year GC approval period if she already has tourist visa ?

I believe you have to file I-130 in US not in your home country.

Once I-130 is filed in US, I also believe that your wife still can visit you using her visit visa. But make sure she don't overstay at all.

No 4 scenario does not apply to you. Coz green card holders cannot apply for apply adjustment of status of their spouses,only US citizens can.
