my i130 is approved and I am gonna move

so How can I change the address because I didn't recive the wellcome letter yet ?

If you have put your E-MAIL address in I-130 then most likely NVC will send you welcome letter through e-mail.

But still call the NVC at (603) 334-0888 and update your new address and your e-mail. So NVC can correspond with you through e-mail in future regarding your case.
