Filing Green card for Parents and have some questions

My Parents have been here here multiple times and this time around been here since September 2015. At this time, i will be filing for their GC.
Since they are already here, i can file the i-130 and i-485 at the same time.

Questions -
1. I do not see any request for the financial support or tax transcripts as part of document that needs to be submitted. Do i need to provide anything of that nature?
2. In form 1-485, section 2, i have chosen option a : "An immigrant petition giving me ..... has been approved". Chose this based on some forum answers i found.
Since i am filing i-130 and i-485 concurrently, wanted to verify the answer based on your expertise.
3. Medical transcripts - Do i need to wait for intimation on medical examination report OR do i need to send it as part of the paperwork? confused on this part.
4. How long will the process take? Since parents are schedule to leave end of march, will it affect anything?

I am doing the same for my parents, I filed the i-130 & i-485 at the same time. Also you will need the i-693 for medical and i-864 where you report your income and taxes. If you don't meet the poverty guidelines you will need to get a joint sponsor (which i had to do as i am still a student and working only part-time). Good luck!
