I-130 approved, daughter was not on the original request

Good morning everyone! I was approved for an F2B visa via my mother. At the interview, when my application was approved, the consular officer said that if I wanted to include my 3-year old daughter, I just had to mail in her birth certificate along with my passport, which I did. Got my passport back with the visa on it and everything. Now, what should I do to get my daughter to come to the US?

Just mail in her passport? Or set up an interview? So confusing...

This was processed in the Dominican Republic by the way, just in case it matters.
